Founded in 2009, by Christina Miller, An Apple a Day originated from her unexpected journey into childcare. In 2006, while engaging with students at a well-known center in Naples, Florida, she was invited by the Director to join the team. She quickly fell in love with the ECE profession. Her dedication quickly led to advancement. After relocating to Sarasota and struggling to find a preschool that matched her philosophies on childcare, healthy environment, healthy food, toxic-free environment, Christina took matters into her own hands and opened her first center in 2009. This is how An Apple a Day began, a true labor of love started from scratch!
